Locating and Deporting 50 million Illegals is NOT Impossible

If you listen to the politicians they will say that catching and deporting 50 million illegals is not only impossible but logistically not feasible. Well folks I have a bit of news for them, it is not only feasible but also very doable. I guess they think that we are going to create a whole department just for that purpose and then line up hundreds of Boing 757's and do some sort of mass deportation ... NOT! This shows us just how inept and locked into the desire to turn all of these illegals into votes these politicians are. Now, if they were serious about locating the illegals this is what they would be doing.

1. Establish a fingerprint database that can be accessed by any agency or business in the country. This database would have in it every fingerprint of every illegal ever caught and identified as being undocumented.
2. Make it mandatory under penalty of law that every business, organization, bank, loan company, welfare agency, or government organization place thumb scanners at every location and that every person that is hired, opens an account, cashes a check, applies for a service etc. be scanned. This scan will then be compared against the Illegal Alien database to verify that this person has never been detained or deported as an illegal alien. Then the Social Security Number provided will be checked against the Social Security database to verify that the information matches. This will also help in identifying those guilty of Identity Theft. Note: Medical care will not be denied to anyone based on citizenship status. But that person identified as being an illegal alien will be arrested and processed after treatment. Hospitals do have jail wards so no person will ever go untreated.
3. The INS and ICE will be performing unannounced periodic sweeps of businesses, housing complexes, hospitals, doctors offices, welfare agencies, etc. to identify additional illegals via portable thumb scanners.
4. All law enforcement agencies will also be performing these same scans wheneaver a stop is made at the discretion of the officer making the stop. Chances are they won't be scanning a 70 year old black woman or white man who speak fluent English but may elect to scan someone who speaks broken English or claims not to speak English at all.
5. All illegals identified will be arrested and processed per Immigration Statutes.
6. After the Immigration hearing those that are to be deported will have their posessions seized and sold at auction with the funds to be returned to the state coffers to repay the sate for some of the revenue lost due to the illegal alien unlawfully gaining access to these resources.
7. At such time as to be determined jointly by the Immigration Department and a third party watchdog group that the immigration problem is under control then some of these steps can be either curtailed or eliminated as needed.

Remember folks that the Constitution only applies to U.S. Citizens and not to those from other countries. The U.S. Statutes apply to all people but not the Constitution nor the Bill of Rights, those are reserved for U.S. Citizens only. This is something that the politicians do not want you to be aware of.
